The purpose of this book is to try and give some hope to those, for whom all hope seems to be extinguished, due to the loss of a beloved person in their lives.
It is an account of my personal experience, through poems, of reaching the darkest places after the loss of both my parents in quick succession and travelling slowly back to a place where I could imagine participating in the world again.
The journey with grief is different for everyone, but for those just starting out on this painful path; please know, from a fellow traveller, that although, in my experience, the grief never leaves your side, you can in time learn to live with it. There is hope and remember love never dies!
