What is Eternal Rising all about?
Every society has laws. Those who create them, change them, and those who enforce them. In vampire society, this was no different but there was one exception: they had two separate groups to oversee their kind. The Elders were pure and good. They respected humanity and believed themselves to be more than just soulless creatures, destined to walk the earth, killing and feeding off of life itself to survive. They believed in an ancient Egyptian prophecy that would change what they were so that they could walk the earth as immortals without the need for blood, to calm a soul in turmoil and put their astral bodies to rest.
The Council on the other hand, was as sinister and evil as they came. More like a group of vampire vigilantes who made their own laws by which their kind should abide, put fear in the hearts, beating or not, of all who encountered them. With no regard for humanity, they believed in the monsters they proclaimed themselves to be and held onto the notion that there was nothing more formidable than the true vampire: nothing more powerful than consuming life itself.
Auriyanna Delmar was the product of The Council’s worst nightmare yet the answer to the prayers of The Elders. A child, born of a human-vampire union, was destined to follow a most unfathomable path. From living in a broken home with her drunken father and kind step-mother: a tortured childhood in Leavenworth Washington she never understood, to moving to New York seeking a better life, meeting her friends, meeting her protector and her lover: it was all a part of a bigger plan. A plan that was a part of something that fate had already chosen for her: the path she was on was always destined to be.
Leaving everything behind after an attempt on her young life, she runs away to New York City as her escape from everything that she wanted to leave behind. “Reckless Little 15” will take you into the tortured existence of a somewhat innocent adolescent girl who wants to experience the more exciting side of life, but rapidly finds herself on a collision course with disaster. It contains mature content, strong language, and painfully graphic details.
This is an excellent example of a teenager out of control. It should be taken as a warning to parents and young people of the dangers inherent in growing up too fast and keeping secrets from those who can truly help them avoid trouble.

Cannon Knight being the most illuminated of them all is a unique type of spiritually graphed human hybrid known as a Reaper. These Reapers reap the heads of humans in search of more black pearls. The dark fluid according to the Plutarch’s assembles itself right above the spinal column in the diencephalon just like a pearl in a clam. This hidden substance used for spiritual communication was placed into mankind’s DNA almost a thousand years ago and has gone undetected until now. In the ancient Plutarch scrolls it is written that trace amounts of the dark fluid was scattered throughout the race of mankind to keep it hidden from those trying to reach the synagogue. The synagogue is a mythical place where if someone that was powerful enough to harvest all of the dark fluid on earth they could travel between worlds or so it is written.
According to the I.P.C.O database the Reapers are a soulless bunch of twisted sickies with multiple personalities bred to inflict torment against mankind. But unfortunately for the agents serving the law of man they are oblivious to the fact that what they are chasing is not really human anymore but merely walking death. And now more than ever it seems that thousands have emerged through the cracks of the earths’ surface despite the barriers put forth to keep them below in Cyprus.
The academy at Quantico has long been forgotten. The cobwebs along the window seals could tell stories of less suicidal times. The majority of the baby boomers now run the newly funded organization known as the International Psychotic Containment Organization. V.I.C.A.P has now been discontinued and blended into I.P.C.O. This new government agency combines all of the countries elite branches throughout the world.
