What is Whizbuzz Books’ refund policy?

After you make your PayPal payment, you can ask for a refund at any time up to 24 hours before your book promotion starts on our site.

You will be notified of your book promotion starting date after you send us your book submission form. We will process any refund request made in due time without question within 1-2 business days.

If you make your PayPal payment but fail to complete and send your submission to us, we will send four reminders to the email address you used for your PayPal payment.

If you do not send us your book submission, you can ask for a refund anytime. Your refund request will be processed within 1-2 business days.

If for any reason your book submission is considered unsuitable for our site, we will issue a refund within 2-3 business days.

All requests for refunds must be made through your PayPal account. This ensures that both Whizbuzz Books and you, the buyer, have a documented record of your refund.

Please note that once your book page is published on the Whizbuzz Books website and has been distributed to our social media networks, you will not be eligible for a refund.
